Develop Training is a leading technical skills training provider in the UK, has a turnover in excess of £14m and employs 150 staff, offering in excess of 400 open and bespoke courses.

The name Develop originated in 2000, when the company won the contract to deliver all of Anglian Water's technical skills training.

In 2004, Develop acquired Water Training International (WTI), a well respected company that had over thirty years experience in the technical training market, in an attempt to increase the company's portfolio of training offerings. This expanded the company into new markets such as gas, electrical and mechanical training.
