The Spotlite Learning Consultancy is an independent Learning & Development (L&D) consultancy specialising in the use of learning technologies to achieve business goals.

The Spotlite Learning Consultancy helps businesses to integrate learning technologies into an overall learning strategy and ensure that business results are achieved.

We are entirely vendor-neutral and so can help businesses to:

• select the best off-the-shelf e-learning content for their needs
• develop in-house e-learning courses
• choose the right infrastructure (LMS) for their company

We are also experts in solving complex e-learning delivery issues such as deploying and managing e-learning across multiple remote sites.
