Assima Announces the Acquisition of Kaplan Learning Technologies - Extends product portfolio into the mid-level market with STT and Atlantic-Link

Assima PLC today announces the acquisition of Kaplan Learning Technologies from Kaplan, Inc. The deal formally completed on February 9th 2012 and covers all assets and intellectual property associated with the STT Trainer and Atlantic-Link product lines but excludes the PerformIT product line. Kaplan Learning Technologies had business operations in Atlanta, GA, USA; Reading & Nottingham, UK and Cape Town, South Africa; these will join the Assima organisation.
