According to Martin Moehrle, learning consultant and former Chief Learning Officer at Deutsche Bank AG, 'In many of today's workplaces, the culture of learning is still a child of the 20th Century: having evolved in an industrialised context, it is not designed for the knowledge-based context into which we are transitioning.'
