facilitate this! the facilitation specialist, is appearing at Learning and Skills 2012 next week and is celebrating ten years of providing professional facilitation and expert training across the UK and abroad.
Amanda Stott founded facilitate this! in 2002 providing facilitation and training to the NHS, before growing the business across manufacturing, construction, finance, education and energy sectors.Started in May 2002 by director Amanda Stott, facilitate this! has grown to become a well respected and renowned voice in the field of facilitation. Starting initially by providing professional facilitation and training to the NHS, the company now employs a team of highly skilled and experienced facilitators who work across many industry sectors including manufacturing, construction, financial, education and energy.

facilitate this! runs a series of open workshops throughout the year including Facilitation Fundamentals and Advanced Facilitation Skills. These two day courses are dynamic and highly participative, offering many opportunities to practice and introducing a wide range of tools, tips and techniques to help improve confidence, competence and creativity in this key skill set. The workshops are also offered in-house to help develop an internal team or alternatively facilitate this! will put together a bespoke programme to meet specific needs, whether this be facilitating meetings, managing projects; facilitating continuous improvement or facilitative trainer.
