Press release
Record growth for LINE
London » 27 Jan 2012 » Training Press Releases » LINE Communications
LINE Communications, one of Europe’s leading providers of learning and communications, announces record growth for 2011. In a difficult and unpredictable global market, LINE has achieved a 50% increase in turnover compared with 2010. Sales for the Group were more than 100% higher than sales for 2010.
Throughout the year, LINE invested in new market offerings, in particular a comprehensive suite of mobile learning solutions to support their multi-award winning mobile learning capabilities. In addition, the launch of the Learning Architectures concept in October 2011 has helped reaffirm the thought leadership positioning of the organisation within its industry. LINE Consulting has also produced excellent results during the year working with clients across Europe, China, South Africa and the USA.
LINE has grown its mainland European business operation based in Zurich, Switzerland by adding a German division to the Group operating out of Cologne. This major strategic expansion builds upon four years of continuing growth from LINE Switzerland which has established a significant client base in central Europe during this period. LINE Germany will focus mainly on corporate multi-nationals based in Germany. Further geographical expansion is underway and will be announced in 2012 as LINE continues to offer its services globally.
Steve Ash, Director at LINE says “It’s been a terrific year for LINE and we’d like to thank our clients for the faith that they have shown in our expertise and creativity, to generate the business results that they seek from the learning and communications solutions we provide. LINE has an enviable reputation for being able to deliver a full, end-to-end service offering, at scale to our clients. This year has seen our key accounts take full advantage of the very broad range of specialist services that we provide.”
