Europe’s Learning Leaders Outline the LMS They’ve Always Wished For
UK, Europe » 21 Feb 2012 » Training Press Releases » Redtray Solutions Ltd
REDTRAY’s new collaborative research study will uncover the must-have features L&D experts most want to see in tomorrow’s learning platforms.
Learning management systemCorporate training business REDTRAY is to ask learning professionals from across Europe for input as the company embarks on a research and development process that will ultimately deliver the next version of the company’s successful learning management system, ALTO.
Branded the LMSwishList programme, hundreds of learning, development and HR experts are expected to participate in the online collaborative research project which will gather thoughts, opinions, frustrations and expectations from users who have made learning management systems an integral part of their training infrastructure.
“This exercise goes far beyond anything we’ve seen in LMS R&D previously” claims REDTRAY Managing Director Vicky Jones. “It’s much more than developing a product upgrade based on feedback from users of our own ALTO LMS. Over the next 10 weeks, our LMSwishList project will use social media and direct communications programmes to reach out to users of every major learning management system. Our objective is to create the most detailed report on the market’s expectations for the next generation of LMS.”
Launched today, phase one of the LMSwishList programme is asking over 3000 L&D experts to provide their own hot list of must-have LMS features at www.LMSwishList.com. Participants will receive exclusive first access to the new data as it develops, be able to compare their own LMSwishList with their industry peer group’s and download the LMSwishList eBook when it becomes available later this spring.
Register interest, follow or participate in the LMSwishList project at LMSwishList.com.
