Extended DISC UK launches research panel

26-Jun-2006 » Training Press Releases » Extended DISC UK is launching a research panel with the purpose of researching a number of different areas in relation to the Extended DISC personal analysis profile. They are looking for members of the panel who already know their Extended DISC profile and would be prepared to complete a short survey research questionnaire every few months using the Extended DISC online research and survey tools.
Members of the research report will be the first to recieve a report relevant to HR personnel and consultants and in return for their contribution. Some of the topics to be researched are Attitudes to work life balance, Employee loyalty/ length of time in roles, Motivation,
teamwork, Internal promotions, company culture/industries.
