25-Jun-2007 » Training Press Releases » Cameron University, a multi-purpose university which offers Educational programs in Southwest Oklahoma, has selected RapideL Enhance 3.1 as it authoring tool.
Cameron University was faced with a need of purchasing a rapid eLearning authoring tool for their teachers to create customized eLearning programs for their students. A major challenge that these teachers faced was that most tools available in the market were very complex. A lot of time was spent in learning these tools which affected the time-to-market of the eLearning courses.
RapideL Enhance 3.1, the rapid eLearning authoring solution allows creation of eLearning courses in Flash using the simplistic MS Word. MS Word being a universally used interface for storyboarding and authoring, Cameron University realized that the tool is extremely user-friendly with a minimal learning curve thereby ensuring that faculty with no technology background would be able to use it. The ability to easily integrate media assets into their courses will now allow Cameron University to create engaging and interactive courses at half the time as compared to traditional methods of eLearning. The 29 templates ranging from content templates, learning interactive templates, and assessment templates will ensure instructionally sound eLearning that can be churned out rapidly. RapideL will also allow them to make easy updates to their courseware at a minimal cost.
"I am extremely happy with our decision to purchase RapideL Enhance 3.1. I was astonished at how easy the tool is to learn and to create courses. My turn-around time for course development has been reduced significantly with improved quality and reduced costs. Moreover, the after sales service has been beyond expectations. This company is dedicated to unparalleled customer service. " says Dr. Frank Zittle, Director of Professional, Distance and Continuing Education, Cameron University.
