Learn.com announces record breaking 2008 fiscal year for revenue and profitability as the company enters its 10th year of service to clients
Learn.com | Sunrise, FL

8-Jan-2009 » Training Press Releases » Learn.com®, the leader in on-demand workforce development and productivity, today announced that the company's financial performance shattered several records in 2008. Learn.com not only turned in another record year in revenue, but the fourth quarter was its best ever, and most importantly, December 2008 was the best sales booking month in the company's history with more than 50% annual growth. Learn.com was able to achieve this impressive growth while still maintaining positive net income and cash flow. This strong financial performance underscores the value Learn.com brings to its clients and validates Learn.com's unique Software as a Service (SaaS) business model.

"It is interesting to note that at a time of increased business uncertainty and industry turmoil, Learn.com is actually increasing its momentum.  Businesses now realize that they must work to improve results by increasing productivity and efficiency, and they are increasingly turning to Learn.com for help in achieving that goal.  While most of our competitors are downsizing, we are continuing to increase our headcount to better serve our clients", said Jim Riley, Chief Executive Officer at Learn.com.

During the year, Learn.com further expanded its unique partnership with ADP whereby ADP customers can seamlessly integrate the Learn.com LearnCenter Platform with the ADP system.  The company also enhanced its relationships with ElementK, The Matchett Group, SkillSoft, Vivid Learning and other content providers.  New relationships were forged with Kronos, Wolters Kluwer, Get Abstract and many others. These relationships further demonstrate that the LearnCenter platform has become the most widely adopted platform in the industry.

Other 2008 Accomplishments

"Since Learn.com is in relentless pursuit of its clients' total satisfaction, we will continue to unveil new performance-driven initiatives and roll out new cutting-edge programs to advance the success of each and every one of our clients. We believe that when our clients attain success, we at Learn.com also achieve success.  In the coming year, we will see a deepening of the functionality of our core LMS/LCMS, Performance Management and Social networking capabilities in addition to unveiling thought leading ROI campaigns for our Clients.  We are confident our total offering of superior platform capabilities, business process, client service and unmatched ROI will further highlight Learn.com as the world's favorite LMS." said JW Ray Chief Operating Officer at Learn.com.
