Knowledge Solutions rebrand as EnlightKS
EnlightKS
| Royston, UK and Stockholm, Sweden
28-May-2009 » Training Press Releases » New brand launched after the acquisition of Enlight AB by Knowledge Solutions
Knowledge Solutions (www.knowledgeuk.com), the leading provider of knowledge transfer and end-user adoption solutions, announced today that it is rebranding as EnlightKS. This follows the recent acquisition of Enlight AB (www.enlight.net), the leading provider of online European and International Computer Driving Licence (ECDL/ICDL) and certification management solutions, by Knowledge Solutions. The new group has been given a unique new identity that incorporates the strongest elements of both companies and is now trading as EnlightKS.
The new group maintains its focus on product innovation and exceptional service, both of which have helped drive the strong growth achieved in the first half of the year, despite the economic downturn.
Adrian Palmer-Geaves, CEO, EnlightKS, commented: "The EnlighKS group combines the strengths of both Knowledge Solutions and Enlight. Our constant innovation, world class support, unrivalled experience and dedicated professional services raise the bar on the quality and effectiveness of solutions available in the market. We're delighted to be able to bring so much added value to our customers and prospects."
The name change takes effect immediately and is currently being rolled out across the company. A new website has been launched which reflects the new brand and increased range of solutions and is available at: www.enlightks.com
The new organisation maintains the same management structure and remains privately held by the directors. The key change is in the increased expertise and skills the combined group brings to the market, with products and solutions that span end-user adoption, knowledge transfer, e-learning, certification management and ECDL/ICDL. This is reflected in the new brand that combines the key elements of both organisations.
