Krauthammer appoints eight new Senior Partners in Czech Republic, the Netherlands, France and Switzerland

19-Oct-2009 » Training Press Releases » Krauthammer appoints today Bob Vrijaldenhoven from the Krauthammer Noordwijk office in the Netherlands, Jaroslav Chronak and Richard Dobeš from Prague, Pascale Bauer and René Keller from Switzerland, Philippe Bazin, Grégoire Gatbois and Pierre Lamy from France as Senior Partners.

Bob Vrijaldenhoven

Bob Vrijaldenhoven joined Krauthammer in 1998 and is based in Noordwijk, the Netherlands. His specialisation include: Developing team/organisational synergy with clients such as Givaudan, T-Mobile and Aegon, developing and executing management/leadership development - skills, attitude, style and culture with clients such as Allied Domecq and Aegon, and developing and executing sales effectiveness programmes with clients such as Unigarant and Medtronic. Within Krauthammer he is actively involved in developing the internal coaching programme, and in charge of coaching a number of colleagues.

Jaroslav Chronak

Jaroslav Chronak is the Office Leader of Krauthammer Prague office and has worked for the company since 2005. Mr. Chronak has run projects involving change implementation, individual coaching, optimalisation and effectiveness of sales processes, development of internal coaching and improving
internal sales in organisations. His clients include Orange Slovakia, AISIN Manufacturing Czech, Volkswagen Slovakia, Deloitte, Schneider Electric and Bel Fromages among others.

Richard Dobeš

Richard Dobeš joined Krauthammer in 1992 and is based in the Company's Prague office. Mr. Dobeš has a robust experience in human aspects of mergers and acquisitions, executive coaching, change management, management and sales academies and teaching leadership skills for top managers.
He is responsible for business development in Krauthammer Central European countries. His clients include Allianz, UniCredit Bank, ERSTE Bank, EON, TEVA Pharmaceuticals, Skanska and Deutsche Börze.

Pascale Bauer

Pascale Bauer joined Krauthammer in 2001, and is based in the company's Zürich office. Ms. Bauer has completed a Master in Advanced Studies (MAS) in coaching and is the Head of the Coaching Faculty of Krauthammer University. She has a robust experience in training people coming from
multicultural environments, and has been in charge of various large international accounts, especially in the pharmaceutical sector.


René Keller

René Keller is based in Krauthammer Zürich office and has worked for the company since 1995.
Mr. Keller has a robust experience in working for Krauthammer's international clients in the areas of medical technology, IT and consulting among others. He is also strongly involved in the initial training of new colleagues at Krauthammer University.

Philippe Bazin

Philippe Bazin joined Krauthammer in 1997 and is based in Paris. Mr. Bazin is an expert in modeling of excellence in a specific business environment, and creation of transfer processes. He is in charge of the business development of the Krauthammer Greece and Turkey operations. He is the author of a best-seller "Small Manual for Self-Coaching" and "Invent the Job", both published in France by Dunob in 2006 and 2009 respectively.

Grégoire Gatbois

Grégoire Gatbois is based in Paris and joined Krauthammer in 1999. He is a member of the international Research and Development Team at Krauthammer and co-developer of a programme called "Connected Inspiration Towards Authentic Leadership". He also represents the southern European countries in the "Corporate Quality Team" at Krauthammer.

Pierre Lamy

Pierre Lamy is Office Leader at the Paris office and in charge of the recruitment of new consultants in France. He joined Krauthammer in 1999. He is involved in training of new colleagues at Krauthammer University, and has specialised in change management at all the levels in organisations' hierarchy from top management to middle management in all French-speaking countries where Krauthammer operates.
