The IITT has organised a follow-up to Bob Mosher's Keynote at the IITT National Conference & Exhibition and is delighted to announce the 90 minute event on 24th February. This webcast - which is free to IITT members - features Bob Mosher on Performance Support.

Bob Mosher, Global Learning and Strategy Evangelist from LearningGuide Solutions, says: "There has never been a better time to step into the world of performance support. It's needed now more than ever, and organisations are ready for it ... whether they know it or not."

As a follow up to Bob Mosher's keynote at the IITT conference in September, this session will ground you in the fundamentals of Performance Support, and share working examples from organisations successfully implementing performance support solutions.

• Examples of the five types of Performance Support and the vital role they can play in your organisation

• Resources to help you expand your view of Performance Support

• Working examples

About the Institute of IT Training
The Institute of IT Training is a self-governing, not-for-profit professional body for training professionals. It was established in 1995 and since then has grown on an annual basis. In February 2010 the Institute completed a management buyout from membership and research organisation, the National Computing Centre and is now a self-governing body.

Today, the organisation has circa 3,500 individual members and 400 accredited corporate members.

Through a range of membership, certification, accreditation, events and bespoke consultancy services, the Institute focuses on enhancing and recognising the skills and professional status of individuals and organisations engaged in training activities, and assessing the quality of training services.
