Their programme is a streamlined process combining both online learning and physical workshops. The team have managed to create an onboarding programme which successfully caters for a range of different brands across the company and brings everything together under one banner. In fact, the onboarding programme has been so successful that the time taken to train new starters has dropped from nine months to six.
The silver ‘External Learning Solution of the Year’ was awarded to House of Fraser who are among the most well-known department store brands in the UK with over 60 locations. Their platform is an example of how visually impressive a learning management platform can look. The team have utilised customisation options to fully embed their brand throughout the platform and reflect their mission and values.
